Ultrasonic cleaning for hardware, fasteners & electroplating

Degrease, derust and rinse hardware before plating, vacuum coating or e-coat — clean surfaces mean better adhesion, fewer rejects and a more stable plating bath.

Ultrasonic cleaning line for hardware and plating pre-treatment — Kelinda

The clean start every plating line needs

Plating adhesion is only as good as the surface underneath. Ultrasonic pre-treatment removes oil, polishing compound, oxide and fine particles from locks, faucets, screws, stamped and die-cast parts — uniformly, even in recesses and threads.

We build multi-stage lines — ultrasonic degrease, rinse, optional pickling and passivation — with filtration and oil-separation to keep baths stable.

Why ultrasonic before plating

Frequently asked questions

Does ultrasonic cleaning replace chemical degreasing?

It enhances it — ultrasonic cavitation works with your chemistry to remove soils faster and more uniformly, especially in hard-to-reach areas.

Which industries is this for?

Hardware, fasteners, locks, faucets, sanitary fittings, stamped and die-cast parts — anything that goes on to electroplating, vacuum coating or e-coat.

Can you supply the whole pre-treatment line?

Yes — we build complete multi-stage lines, manual to fully automated, with energy-saving heat recovery.
